No. We bill from the moment we ring your doorbell until we close the door behind us. No travel surcharge inside the S-Bahn ring; outer districts add a flat €15 per visit.
Either works. For paint, anchors, silicone, fittings and small hardware we'll bring everything and bill at supplier price (Hornbach, Bauhaus, Obi receipts attached). For tiles, large furniture or kitchens we recommend you order direct so you choose the finish.
Yes — the whole crew works fluently in English, German and Spanish. Most of our quotes and invoices go out in English. We're used to expat tenants navigating Berlin landlords; we can speak to your Hausverwaltung if needed.
Yes — full Betriebshaftpflicht (commercial liability) up to €3,000,000 per incident through Allianz. Documentation available on request before any large project starts.
SEPA bank transfer, PayPal or contactless card on-site via SumUp. Invoice is issued the same day, payment terms 14 days. For B2B clients we offer monthly aggregated billing.
